Kara goes out of her way to make you feel completely comfortable in order to capture genuine smiles + happiness. She has done both Christmas pictures and valentines pictures for me and my kids, and they are still so highly complimented when anyone sees them. I am not one to enjoy taking lots of pictures of myself, and Kara knows this. So she goes above and beyond to calm my nerves and make the shoot such a memorable, fun time with my babies. She is able to completely embody my selfless love for my children through her lens, and it shows in the pictures. She has so much drive and passion in this field, you will not regret using her for any of your memories because she will capture them perfectly. She was also once a complete stranger, and now someone I consider a friend because of how she makes you feel both during your shoot and after. We moved back to the area from Houston at the end of 2022 and stumbled upon Kara D Photography LLC through reading reviews on an all things recommendations local Facebook group. She was so great with our son who is usually very shy and shuts down during photo shoots. We have so many memories in just the 2 photo sessions we have done, but plan to use her for all our future photos. One memory that will always bring a smile to my face was when our son found a set of false teeth during our Skiatook lake session (the water was very low). She captured it of course and we joked about it with her in our most recent session when he yet again, really enjoyed exploring the outdoors on her beautiful piece of land.
